IT'S TIME!
We are SkyWest AFA. We are you.
Reserve and lineholder. Commuter and local. Sixteen years in and still on probation. The people on this page started our campaign, run it today, and fly the same trips you do.
Who runs this campaign
SkyWest Flight Attendants. Nobody else.
Started by usSkyWest Flight Attendants done relying on the company, ready to negotiate an enforceable contract built on our priorities, needs and expectations.
Run by us, todayBase by base, trip by trip, driven by one thing: we've given years of hard work to this career, and we've earned a say in it.
For all of usNewest hire to most senior. A union we fund, lead and vote on, with AFA-CWA's strength behind it.
WHY WE'RE HERE
Without a union, we've faced unfair treatment, unpredictable policies, and a company-controlled association with no real power. Despite management's intimidation, we are organizing, speaking out and looking out for each other. That's what a union is: us, taking care of us.
Our stories
In our own words.
Coworkers who've lived it and decided to say so. Filter by base, or read them all.

Together
It's time we looked out for each other.
Nobody is coming to fix this for us. We fix it by forming our own union, and we win it one coworker, one conversation, one card at a time. Your story belongs on this page.
